3) Prices
The prices shown in our shop are gross totals, including applicable sales tax. Delivery and shipping tax are added seperately and are specially designated in our web shop. In the event of any import or export fees (United-Beauty-Group FZE delivers from the EU), these are to be paid in full by the customer. All payments are to be made in Euro. Prices, text contents and/or mistakes can happen at anytime and we reserve the right to change the context of our site at any given time.
4) Ordering and Contract Conclusion Information
You can order and buy the products shown in our online shop. Complete the order form carefully and concisely. You are under obligation to make sure that your data is correct and truthful, as well as keeping the information you give up to date. The customer will be held liable for any costs that may fall on United-Beauty-Group FZE incurred by untruthful information. Minors under the age of 18 years may only use our website under supervision of their parental guardian. We reserve the right to deny service, close accounts, delete data, edit or cancel orders according to our own standards and judgement.
5) Delivery
The delivery is sent from our warehouse to a delivery address of your choice. Orders placed in are shipped out on the same day, latest the next week day after the priorly agreed upon amount of money has been alloted to our company account, and delivered by mail or courier (i.e. DHL, UPS etc.) in a neutral package. (Acceptions to this timeframe are possible, due to mailing systems) With the successful arrival of the package, the liability for the contents is now with the customer. Delivered packages that are not accepted nor retrieved within two weeks are to be shipped back to United-Beauty-Group FZE, whence the contract will be terminated and any value loss or liabilities made will be paid in full by the customer. The customer is also obligated to accept the delivery in the case of irrelevant damage.
6) Payment
Payment options and conditions are found in our online shop. Please follow the instructions carefully and fill out every required field truthfully and completely.
7) Legal Competence
The customer proves their legal competence when placing an order in our shop. All information given must be true and and correctly filled in the forms given. In the event that false data has been given freely, willingly or purposely, United-Beauty-Group FZE reserves the right to hold the customer liable for any damages that may arise hereof. There are no exceptions to this rule.
8) Data Security
Our employees are subject to the Business Discretion in accordance to the Data Security Laws. The customer accepts that their data and personal information is saved and used internally for no other reasons than internal book keeping and customer evidence. Customer data is not given to any third party, unless upholding the contract causes this to be nessessary. Our contract partners are informed of our data security regulations and are under obligation to these.
9) Place of Execution and Jurisdiction
Place of Execution for all services and Place of Jurisdiction is our company’s base in RAK (UAE) For misunderstandings, complaints based on a purchase, advice or sale connected to our company , the applicable laws of RAK, UAE will be brought forth.

The usage of any and all data is at the customers own risk and may not be copied in any way, (except as needed for the ordering process) nor otherwise shared with a third party.
