Voucher FAQ
1. Add your item(s) of choice to your shopping cart – at this time you will be asked if you wish to redeem any vouchers- if you wish to do so, you are required to open a consumer account, free of charge. If you already have an account with us, please log in and proceed to step 3.

2. Please fill out the form and provide your contact data (name, address, e-mail address) and hit "Send"
3. Your voucher code may be entered in the category credit account. Enter the number you wish to redeem and please confirm this. You should then be able to see an automated conformation that your voucher has been redeemed and added to your credit account.

4. Please proceed to the check out. There your new total will be displayed, your credits deducted.
5. In the event that your credit limit does not cover your entire purchase, simply choose one of our payment methods to cover the rest and the complete your order by pushing “next”.

6. Upon successful order placement completion, you will see a message stating „Thank you for your order…“. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address as well.
